It’s a great entertaining place for the children, named after the first prime minister of India, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. It’s located at Jawaharlal Nehru Road.

The stories of the Ramayana and the Mahabharata have been depicted nicely with the help of the animated dolls. Some science models are also on exhibition. Must see for the kids.

Nehru Children’s Museum is a project of National Cultural Association. The objective of the association is to impart education to children through informal means and make the mode of learning more acceptable to the children.

The museum remains open for the visitors on Wednesday through Sunday from 11 AM to 07 pm. It remains close on Monday & Tuesday.
