Fly through alien space at Mach-1 in the 30-person flight simulator, a roller coaster-like capsule that rotates and lurches in time with the show.

Sit back in the Space Theatre and face its 75-foot (23-meter) domed screen, fitted with surround-sound speakers. This ensures complete immersion in the educational films of the month. Experience the 3-D cinema, where stars, particle models or dinosaurs threaten to leap out of the screen.Nearby, experience the magic of a short laser show. Small kids will love the energy and movement of these blades of light, slicing through the foggy room. After a show, feel the raw power of the planet at the earthquake simulator. Get some fresh air exploring the Dinosaur Park. Here, statues of ancient reptiles document the evolution of species from the Triassic to the Cretaceous periods. Look out for plants that also evolved during this time.

The Gujral Science City is located on Jalandhar-Kapurthala Road, just west of Jalandhar in the Punjab state. Get there via taxi or tuk-tuk, which is a three-wheeled rickshaw. The complex is open daily and charges admission.
